RefundHalt processes app store transaction and refund data on behalf of app developers to respond to platform refund requests. We collect the minimum necessary: store notifications, purchase metadata, and — when developers choose to send it — usage events.

Data we store

Account data (name, email via Google Sign-In), app configuration, encrypted store credentials (AES-256-GCM), transaction and refund records received from Apple and Google, and usage events supplied by developers.

What we never do

We never sell data, never use customer data for advertising, and never access your developer accounts beyond the permissions you explicitly grant in App Store Connect or Play Console.
